We exclusively use those of highest quality original – San Marzano tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh mozzarella and Polselli flour. Local farmers provide us with ingredients for many other specialties on the menu, so whatever you order it will always be fresh and outstanding.

You will not find Hradečanka as it looked at the end of the 18th century. We have rebuilt it completely, but with care. The third oldest building in Malá Úpa has certainly not lost its original character.
You will find Hradečanka in the center of Horní Malá Úpa, 1050 meters above sea level. It is certainly worth looking for – in winter you can enjoy some wonderful downhill and cross-country skiing here directly below Sněžka and in summer you can do hiking or biking in Krkonoše National Park.
